There are 3 holiday homes. Sauna and our utility room can be used general from all our guests. Every holiday home has a key for the sauna room (incl. relaxation room and large shower). Sauna usually is used particular and individually, not common.

Garden Suite: 56 sqm, groundfloor to the garden, garden terrace to the south side, booking maximum for 2 adults, we can add cots,  not suitable for  wheelchairuser, dogs are welcome.

DELUXE: 120 sqm, groundfloor to the entrance and to the yard, large terrace with 75 sqm, roofed patio with comfortable garden furnitures, no use of the garden, suitable for adults and families who wants to have more space and greater living room, 2 sleeping rooms, booking maximum for 4 adults, we can add cots , very suitable für wheelchairuser, dogs are welcome.

MINI SUITE: 14 sqm with big terrace, just for 1 person or two... normally in addition to a rented holiday home Deluxe or Garden Suite. But you can also book this appartment alone.

Our all-inclusive prices include: bed linen, towels, bathrobes, sauna, infrared cabin, Internet, parking space, firewood, final cleaning, 7% VAT. 

Extra cost:

1. for an additional person from the age of 3 years: 40 € / night

2. Children up to the age of 3 pay a one-off fee of €150 per stay, regardless of the length of the stay and if we provide a cot. A nice cot with duvet cover, bathrobe, towels is provided if you want.

3. We charge a one-off fee of €50 per dog and stay for dogs regardless of the length of stay

4. visitor's tax for adults and children per night+person (from 16 years on).

You will not incure any further cost.
